Does The Law of Attraction Affect Your Well Being?



Good Golly Miss Molly. How are we supposed to be positive 24/7? Should I even be writing about the Law of Attraction at this moment. Honestly, I’m not feeling all that positive right now. Like attracts like and I don't want to put my well being on the skids.

Last thing I want to do is attract anymore of today in my life, cause and effect and all that goes with it.

There.....I said it. That’s what we’re supposed to do, right? Be honest with ourselves. I admit to having a tough time today feeling the love. The truth will set me free, blah, blah, blah.

Enough of that. Let's get serious. Well sort of. Remember the "we may not agree with everything you hear" disclaimer...

Are you feeling better? Guess I better take a page from my own handbook and fake it till I make it. Shake, shake, shake….your booty….

No wait, that’s not where I was going. What I need to do is take a minute and shake all this negative energy I've been hanging onto right outta here! Shake, shake, shake your booty.

Disco, that brings back memories. Raises my vibration everytime! But let’s see if I can get back on topic.

The Law of Attraction. If you’re reading this you’ve probably read The Secret so you already have a clue.

Take a look at the most comprehensive site on the history and theory of the Law of Attraction.

In the book Bob Proctor writes, “Everything that’s coming into your life you are attracting into your life. And it’s attracted to you by virtue of the images you’re holding in your mind. It’s what you’re thinking. Whatever is going on in your mind you are attracting to you.”

Does that mean if it looks like a duck and it walks like a duck it probably is a duck? What if I don’t want THE DUCK!

These duck thoughts are going to have to go. Instead of the duck….am I to call it a swan so that I won’t attract anymore ducks?

This is not easy!

The Law of Attraction: where your mental state manifests your desire into being via your faith. Where positive thoughts of courage, hope, love and trust conquer negative thoughts of fear, doubt, worry and jealousy.

In a nutshell you could say the Law of Attraction is thought amplified by faith which creates manifestation.

That’s all fine and dandy, but what am I supposed to do with the duck? I'm going to take these few steps:

•Be specific....I want the swan not a duck.
•Connect emotionally....stop quacking.
•How can you inspire yourself.....think swan thoughts.
•Take inspired action....watch swan dance.

And finally, to eliminate fear, I'm going to concentrate on courage. To eliminate lack, I'm going to concentrate on abundance. And to eliminate disease, I'm going to concentrate on health.
